Dartmoor Training 2013
Year Six are in training on Dartmoor for our annual Ten Tors Challenge which is our most extreme sporting event.
We've learning to use maps and navigate with a compass, and in the last couple of weeks there have been four 12 mile training walks.
The main photo shows clear skies at Sourton Tor, however most of these walks have involved rain, gale force winds and visibility which has been as low as 20 meters.
Pretty standard weather for June really !!!
