Children's Centre Update: Summer 2024 

The Children's Centre service is currently undergoing significant changes as part of the development of Family Hubs.   As a result of this the usual offer has been changed.  The posters below outline support available for parents.   If you would like any help in accessing the Children's Centre please don't hesitate to get in contact with Becki Turner, our SENDCO, via sendco@bradworthy.devon.sch.uk. 

Holiday Activities and Food

In November last year, the government announced that the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme would be expanded across the whole of England in 2021. The programme has provided healthy food and enriching activities to disadvantaged children since 2018.

The programme will cover Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays in 2021. The programme will be available to children in every local authority in England.

Local authorities have been asked to ensure that the offer of free holiday club provision is available for all children eligible for and in receipt of Free School Meals (FSMs) in their area. This does not mean they are all required to attend as the provision is voluntary.
