Gliddon and Squire Race 1: Kingsley School

The first race of the Gliddon and Squire Cross Country series took place on Sunday 24th September, at Kingsley School in Bideford.  It was fantastic to see 29 runners representing the school, and everyone raced brilliantly today.  We had some top class results, with Eleanor winning her U9 Girl’s race, and Saul coming 3rd in the U11 Boys.   Success in this competition relies on strong running from the entire team, and after the first race our teams already hold impressive positions, as you can see below!

Under 9 Girls:  4th

 

Under 9 Boys:  1st

 

Under 11 Girls:  6th

 

Under 11 Boys:  3rd
