As anyone who has been in to school this term will have noticed a lot has been going on over the summer break and it’s fantastic to be able to say that everything is progressing exactly on schedule and that everything that needed to be, was ready for the start of term.

We've got to say that I think this an amazing achievement. We have been incredibly impressed with the teams of builders and the work that they have done over the last few weeks and everyone is very grateful to them for this.

As you can see preschool is now housed on our playground in a brand new, and purpose built, building. It’s brilliant that we are now able to offer our youngest children the sort of environment that they deserve and we would like to thank Chris Baldson’s team for their hard work getting it ready – on time and to such a high standard.

Roger Andrew’s team of builders have also been working hard in school over the summer completing a range of internal work connected to our new hall. If you’ve been up to school you’ll have seen that the steel work for this has been erected and it’s great to be able to report that everything is going so well.

We are hoping that the project will be complete by February half term.
