Dartmoor May 2019
A large group of year sixes ventured out on to Dartmoor once more. This time we were out learning about navigation, the importance of a map, compass and using our eyes. We divided into smaller groups and Sir then gave us Grid References to navigate to, using the skills we have learnt. Every group got an opportunity to navigate us to a point on the moor and we successfully completed an 11 mile walk.A large group of year sixes ventured out on to Dartmoor once more.
