Gymnastics Nationals
After the Trio team, Rory Piper, Ewan Shadrick and Stanley Waters, qualified for the Schools National Gymnastic finals, they represented their school and the whole of the South West at the finals at Stoke-on-Trent on the 15th March 2019. Each gymnast performed a one minute individual routine, two vaults and then a group routine to music. The boys had an amazing result with their group routine being ranked 4th, beating many other schools from all over the United Kingdom.
We are all incredibly proud of the boys who competed in this competition, and amazed by their achievements. To qualify to compete in a national level competition, and then gain such a successful finishing position is incredible, and a real testament to all of the hard work from the children themselves, their coaches and the parents who accompanied them to Stoke.
