On Thursday 18th July we held our annual leaver's assembly, where we were able to spend some time reflecting on our wonderful Year Six class, and celebrating the many achievements and triumphs from their time at Bradworthy.
As always this was a very busy event, and it was wonderful to be able to share the morning with so many parents and family members. We were able to present awards for effort and achievements to many pupils across the school, along with presenting some more traditional awards to some of our departing pupils. We were also able to award the House Point Cup to Herons, and announce Mason and Owen as the winners of our recent Bradworthy's Got Talent competition.
Although the assembly was tinged with sadness, we are all incredibly proud of the pupils in Year Six, and we wish them the very best of luck in everything that they do in the future. We hope that they continue to seek out opportunities to push themselves outside of their comfort zone, and that they continue to build on their independence as they move forward.
Following the assembly, the children took part in a fun day at the North Devon Wakepark, where they had a session on the Ringos, an hour in the Aquapark and a delicious lunch. As you can see from the photographs here, everyone had a brilliant time!
