These photos show some of us "gorging" on Wednesday.
This basically involves walking, scrambling, climing and crawling up a river as it crashes down over waterfalls and through gullies.
In short we had a challenging, but amazing time - and got completely soaked to the skin !!!
Its a good job that the weather was lovely.
