Past student - Fly by

It is always wonderful to hear from past students and learn about what they have been doing. We recently heard from Zach (Arnaud) Dann who was a student here for just 1 year in 2011-12 before returning to France. Zach is training to be a commercial pilot at Atlantic Flight Academy in Cork. When he saw he was due to fly over Bradworthy he got in contact. Zach messaged on the day and informed us of his eta.
While the whole school were standing by the cross in the square for the 2 minutes silence on Remembrance Day, Zach circled past in a Cessna 172. We are all delighted that Zach has been able to follow his dream of becoming a pilot and thrilled that he made contact. We have enjoyed looking at the photos and videos Zach's passenger took from the air.
