Royal Wedding Celebration
To share in the Royal Wedding celebrations, the children and parents from Bradworthy Academy gave their annual Craft Fayre a Royal Wedding theme. On display were a range of exhibits made by the children including model carriages, crowns, royal plates, wedding cupcakes, miniature gardens, menus for the wedding breakfast and invitations to the big day.
Our Brass Band opened the fayre and the children in Year Six acted as hosts to everyone who came to look - welcoming them and serving the cakes and biscuits which they had prepared for the event.
It was a tough job for the judges, but in the end four overall winners were selected. Erika in the 4-5 age range, Phoebe 6-7 years, David 8-9 years and Brandon in the 10-11 age range.
