For the third year running our rugby team were the winners of the Torridge Schools' Competition and for the first time ever we had three teams competing.

The biggest achievement of the day came from our C-Team who were playing in their first ever tournament. The morning involved group matches and we were very happy when they qualified from their group in to the knock out rounds.

Having lost their first round knock out match the C-Team qualified for the plate competition, where they won their quarter final, semi-final, and then the final itself to win this competition.

Our A and B Teams are a lot more experienced and for the second competition running they met each other in the semi-finals of the main cup competition.

This was another very close mach with the A-Team narrowly beating the
B-Team 2 – 0.

Another brilliant day of sport was completed in the final when our A-Team won the competition.
