  • Christmas Lights

    Wed 20 Dec 2017

We were very proud to be asked to attend the annual switching on of the wonderful Christmas lights in the village on December 3rd.  This year, our brass group and ukulele choir performed carols, accompanied by lots of children in our choir.

As an added treat, Councillor Barry Parsons joined the children to perform a version of Silent Night.  We all enjoyed the opportunity to attend a village event, and are already looking forward to the next chance to share our musical talents with everyone!

  • Christmas Dinner

    Tue 19 Dec 2017

Every year we look forward to a delicious Christmas dinner, and this year was no exception.  Janet, Tara, Natalie and Jean worked really hard to prepare a delicious Christmas dinner, for over 200 children and staff! As you can see, we thoroughly enjoyed the occasion, with balloons, party poppers and crackers to help the afternoon go with a swing!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Janet, Tara, Natalie and Jean for all of their hard work!  We can’t wait until next year!

  • Christmas Parties

    Fri 15 Dec 2017

As a school, we are lucky enough to have a very active and incredibly talented PTA.  This year our PTA organised amazing Christmas parties for all of the children, and set the Christmas spirit flowing!

The school hall was transformed into a candyland extravaganza, and the children were surprised with lots of treats, including making gingerbread men, Christmas games, a visit from Santa himself, a movie night, and our very own abseiling ninja elf!   Everyone loved their time at the party, and we would like to say an enormous thank you to all of our wonderful PTA members for giving us all such an amazing Christmas party!
