We are trying to obtain funding to build a badly needed school hall and we are hoping that our local MP, Geoffery Cox, will be able to help us.
He visited us in school this December to talk about our building project and he also spent some time with our older children in Years Four, Five and Six.
He spoke to us about his work in the government, and we also had the opportunity to ask lots of questions and discuss local issues - like the price of milk and petrol.
This year's Christmas Craft Fayre business project was won by Robins.
Each of our Houses are given a £30 budget which they have to use to set up games, competitions and activities which are designed to raise the biggest profit.
The children also have to organise and sell the crafts that the children made.
This year's profits were a record and these are the amazing results:
Some of our children spent the morning on a Christmas Pony ride this December.
They started in the school car park and rode up to Bradworthy Moor.
When they got back everyone had mince pies and hot chocolate.
The Hobbit is coming to Bradworthy.
It's sure to be a magical experience and is absolutely certain to be the best "Hobbit Musical" you'll see this Christmas.
Over a hundred people joined us in the village church this week for our Nativity Play.
Our youngest children have been rehearsing for the last few weeks and as you can see from this video clip their work paid off !!!
Even after many years working in primary schools it never ceases to amaze us how much such young children are able to take on, and the incredible level at which they are able to perform.
We are all very proud of them.
We'll be putting together a video of the whole play this week - if any parents would like a copy please get in touch with our office.
We are really grateful to Janet, Tara and Angie who worked so hard in our kitchen to prepare another amazing Christmas Dinner.
They set a new school record when they dished up their 200th meal.
The food was fantastic and so were the crackers, party poppers, balloons and Christmas music.
We do everything we can to promote sport and give our children as many experiences as possible.
During the winter we go over to the tennis centre in Barnstaple each week where we use their indoor courts to develop our skills.
Our lessons started just after October half term and will continue all the way through to Easter.
