• Golf Festival

  Last week Miss Runeckles and I had the pleasure of taking ten children from Year Five to a Golf Festival at Torrington Golf Club.

   

  The children got to practice a range of golf techniques, including various putting games, some driving challenges and even trying to get the ball out of a sand bunker! Players were awarded points for different levels of success on each challenge and every child came away pleased with their overall scores.

   

  Throughout the year our sporting calendar will hopefully be very busy, I am pleased that we are getting out of school already to have a chance to try our hand at sports with other schools.
